Board of Directors
One representative is elected by Ozark Electric Cooperative members from each district to serve a three year term as a board member. Each election is held at Annual Meeting on the last Friday in July. All Directors must live in the district for which they are nominated. Board meets on the 4th Friday of every month to review all matters concerning the finances and operations of the cooperative. In addition, each board member is obligated to attend industry meetings, spend hours reviewing industry topics, and time communicating with members from within their own district.
